Job summary

Dynatrace LLC in Taplow, United Kingdom, seeks a Senior Analyst to support 4-8 clients, driving maturity and insights to enhance Digital Experience data and boost DEM adoption. You will tackle complex problems using backend trace data and routinely connect outcomes to business value.

You will mentor teammates, manage multi-team priorities, and push new use cases. English and French communication are required.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with data analysis and presenting findings in an engaging way.
Must be a UK citizen.
Strong ability to communicate in English and French, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Connect deep dive analysis to business outcomes and leverage back-end data to pursue root cause.
Manage complex accounts with multiple teams, juggling priorities and deadlines.
Effectively delegate and work alongside Support to address client requests.
Proactively push new use cases, articulating the value of increased adoption and utilization.
Regularly share key wins and value stories with the Squad and for internal-facing and customer-facing deliverables.
Mentor new members, including regular discussions and shadowing sessions.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to strengthen client relationships.
Connect performance and technical quality data stories to user behavior and business context.
Synthesize broader customer value for executive reporting, including QBRs/SBRs.
