Job summary

Dynatrace in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Analyst to support 4 to 8 clients, driving maturity and insights to enhance Digital Experience data with Dynatrace.

Senior Analysts handle larger, more complex customers, move beyond basic analysis to backend trace data, connect issues to business outcomes, and push engagement to new teams to broaden DEM adoption.

You will mentor new members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present results in POCs and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with data analysis and presenting findings clearly.
• UK citizenship is required.
• Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Connect deep-dive analysis to business outcomes using back-end data.
• Manage complex accounts with multiple teams and deadlines.
• Mentor new members and lead POCs and client engagements.
• Share wins and value stories with internal squads and clients.
• Expand DEM adoption across client organizations.
