Job summary

HS2 Ltd is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support the Head of Data Intelligence, delivering accurate data analysis, modelling and reporting to inform investment decisions and drive performance across the Data Intelligence Team.

You will lead development of dashboards, models and KPI frameworks, working to transform data processes and enable timely, evidence-based decision making across major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, ACostE, ICES or similar association; NVQ Level 2 in Project Controls; additional certifications like APM PFQ/PMQ/EVM desirable.
• Ability to analyse external factors such as inflation and market trends.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Excel; develop interactive dashboards across complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of benchmarking database and reporting to deliver timely insights.
• Provide leadership to Data Intelligence with objective setting and appraisals.
• Develop and maintain robust data models for interactive dashboards for management insights.
• Analyse project controls processes and client workflows for digital transformation.
• Own monthly project review pack ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Support PMB and KPIs across time, cost, risk, change and quality.
• Contribute to Earned Value Management integration into reporting frameworks.
• Integrate schedule, cost, scope, quality, change, and risk data for project health.
