Job summary

HS2 Ltd will lead the Data Intelligence function to deliver trusted insights, driving data transformation and governing intelligence solutions to improve performance and support data-driven decision-making.

We will maintain data governance and the Microsoft Fabric environment, ensuring high-quality, secure, integrated project controls, commercial, cost, schedule, and risk data while applying advanced analytics and forecasting to enhance performance and VfM.

Qualifications

• Membership of a relevant professional association (RICS, ACostE, ICES) is preferred.
• Degree qualification or equivalent experience, or NVQ Level 2 in Project Controls.
• Advanced analytics, forecasting and performance reporting skills required.
• Experience with data governance and enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Intelligence function, delivering trusted insights and guiding data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain data governance and the Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Develop advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and benchmarking for forecasting and VfM.
• Deliver intelligence-led assurance and strategic performance analysis to support governance and investments.
