Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Senior Data Analyst by delivering accurate data analysis, modelling, and reporting. You will contribute to insights that inform investment decisions and drive performance across the Data Intelligence Team.

You will develop data models, robust reporting packs, and dashboards that reveal key trends for leadership review. A focus on data quality and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Membership of a professional association (e.g., RICS/ACostE/ICES) and degree or equivalent experience, or NVQ Level 2 in Project Controls.
• Ability to analyze external factors such as inflation and market trends.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Excel with experience building interactive dashboards across large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop benchmarking database and deliver timely, accurate insights to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain robust data models for interactive dashboards and root-cause analysis.
• Analyse construction project control processes and document business workflows for digital transformation.
