Job summary

Teya is building its Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and strengthening how risk information is brought together, analysed and reported across the business. As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll turn risk data into reliable measures, meaningful insights and actionable reporting for risk owners.

You’ll design repeatable datasets in Snowflake, develop dashboards with Tableau or Power BI, and automate reporting with AI-enabled workflows to support early‑warning indicators and informed

Qualifications

• Experience in a data analytics or risk analytics role within a risk function (enterprise/operational/credit/fraud).
• Understanding of how risk is identified, assessed and monitored; KRIs and thresholds.
• Strong business partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and practical automation; comfortable with AI assistance.
• Experience building dashboards and management reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical judgement; ability to investigate anomalies and communicate data findings clearly.
• Experience with data from multiple sources and improving data reliability and usability of outputs.
• Curiosity about AI models and AI-enabled workflow automation; ability to build workflows with data gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk data and reporting: map data sources and build datasets for KRIs across risk categories using tools like Snowflake.
• Partner with risk stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Analyze and monitor risk indicators with SQL/Python; interpret findings for risk owners.
• Support KRI definitions and thresholds; validate data quality and performance history.
• Build dashboards and management reporting with Tableau/Power BI for ERMF reporting.
• Automate risk reporting with AI-enabled workflows and external signals for evidence-based drafts.
• Develop early-warning capabilities to identify emerging risks with supporting evidence.
• Translate ERMF requirements into data, integration and workflow specs for GRC implementation.
