Job summary

People’s Partnership in Crawley is seeking a Reporting and Data Risk Analyst to deliver accurate risk and compliance data, build dashboards, and provide insights to support risk management.

You’ll champion automation, AI tools, and data visualization; collaborate with committees and senior stakeholders; ensure KRIs and controls are well represented.

A STEM or Finance/Risk background with data analytics, Power BI experience, and scripting skills is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in MI production, data analysis or machine learning, ideally within financial services or pensions.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel, coding or AI.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks and governance.
• Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Produce risk and compliance dashboards for committees, boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of KRIs, incidents, control effectiveness and compliance metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI) to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Champion the use of data visualization and automation to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Support identification and reporting of reputational risk indicators and trends.
