Job summary

Ellison Institute of Technology is seeking a Data and Insights Lead to drive enterprise reporting, data governance and trusted analytics across finance and operations. You will lead dashboards, self‑service analytics and AI-enabled tools, coordinating with Finance, IT and partners.

The role focuses on migrating to Oracle Fusion, establishing data quality checks, and building a reliable analytics platform. Hybrid onsite in Oxford with strong leadership and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data improvements with leadership experience.
• Sound understanding of financial and operational processes and reporting requirements.
• Experience with enterprise systems and reporting platforms (Oracle/SAP/Dynamics/Workday/NetSuite).
• Experience improving data quality and applying data governance with business owners.
• Experience of data migration, system change or integration, including validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Understand stakeholders' reporting needs and deliver clear, useful financial and operational insights.
• Lead reports, dashboards and self-service analytics ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate data migration and reconciliation for Oracle Fusion and other systems.
• Define common definitions for KPIs and business measures with owners’ approvals.
• Own data models and collaborate on integration, performance and traceability.
