Job summary

Teya is building an Enterprise Risk Management Framework to unify risk information across Credit, Fraud, AML, IT and Finance. As Senior Data Analyst, you will turn risk data into reliable measures and actionable reporting, partnering with risk owners and various stakeholders to translate needs into practical data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience turning risk data into reliable KPIs and insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Map data sources and build datasets for KRIs across risk categories.
• Collaborate with risk owners to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Analyze risk indicators, identify trends, and interpret findings.
• Define KRIs and thresholds with data quality checks and governance.
• Create dashboards and monthly ERMF reporting for stakeholders.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance risk reporting accuracy.
• Design early-warning capabilities for monitoring risk signals.
• Support ERMF technology integration and data governance efforts.
• Document data sources, lineage, refresh cycles and validation.
