Role overview

This role is within our Claims Analytics team, supporting the business with MI and analytical insights to reduce claims costs and enhance efficiency.

Job responsibilities include:

• Providing analytical insights into claims and fraud performance
• Understanding and communicating key performance drivers
• Managing projects from start to finish, using quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Engaging stakeholders and translating complex solutions into understandable terms
• Supporting claims, operational spend, and customer outcomes
• Scoping, implementing, and tracking initiatives to improve processes and controls

Essential skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), programming (Python, SQL, R), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong communication skills for translating data insights to stakeholders
• Experience in coaching and mentoring analysts (preferred)
