WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a results-driven CX Account Manager to lead customer experience strategies for multiple clients and grow long-term relationships. You will manage complex CX projects with UX/UI, content and data teams, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

You will partner with senior CX teams and partners to craft long-term client plans, negotiate contracts, and drive pipeline growth while mentoring junior colleagues in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience growing clients from one-off projects into long-term relationships.
• Ability to craft pitches and proposals addressing RFIs/RFPs and client needs.
• Experience managing CX projects with UX/UI and content/data teams.
• Agency/consultancy background with eCommerce experience is preferred.
• Strong project management and client account planning capabilities.
• Commercial focus and ability to value-propose on projects.
