WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior CX Consultant to join our Customer Experience team in Manchester. You will work with Leads in UX, UI, Optimisation and Consulting, serving as a SME for CX and Employee Experience offerings.

You’ll lead CX engagements, facilitate workshops, and help design and implement innovative CX strategies for top brands, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and C‑level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in CX consultancy services and new product development.
• Experience influencing eCommerce journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Ability to design CX engagements and lead workshops with client teams.
• Proven capability to shape CX propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities
