WPP Enterprise Solutions, a leading CX consultancy, is seeking a Senior CX Consultant to join our Customer Experience team in London. You will work with Leads in UX and CX, Optimisation and Consulting to drive transformation for client brands.

You will be SME for consulting Customer Experience and Employee Experience offerings, leading engagements and guiding client workshops with senior stakeholders. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and hands-on delivery across ecommerce and multichannel

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients with CX consultancy services, including roadmap definition and business case support.
• In-depth CX experience for ecommerce and shaping digital journeys.
• Experience designing and leading CX engagements and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and deliver customer experience optimisation/projects across touchpoints.
• Facilitate workshops and use design-thinking to improve digital products and services.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders including C‑Suite.
• Collaborate with UX/CC leads to shape CX and EX initiatives for client briefs.
