Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Account Director to lead multiple client accounts, driving growth and value across commerce, data and tech portfolios. You will own the P&L for multi‑million pound projects and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class digital services for leading brands.

You will manage senior client relationships, forecast revenue, and shape strategies that unlock value and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large projects and change programmes.
• Strong digital CX experience guiding and advising teams.
• Commercial experience owning a P&L.
• Value-led approach for clients and roadmap definition.
• Strong stakeholder and organisational skills with entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L £5–£10m across multiple client accounts.
• Engage with C-level and senior managers of UK and international brands.
• Lead client engagements and ensure delivery of digital services.
• Oversee revenue growth, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence.
• Forecast revenue, conduct account reviews, and build strategic plans.
