Job summary

Salesforce is looking for a Strategic Success Manager to partner with customers, accelerate business value, and ensure successful Salesforce adoption across multiple clouds. You will engage at executive levels and align governance, strategy, and change management with client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in customer success or related consulting, strong Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to articulate value to CIO/CTO teams across industries.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• Experience as trusted advisor to drive business value.
• Ability to drive conversations at the C-level; handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Apply Customer Success Methodology to align goals and accelerate business value.
• Understand customers' Salesforce implementations and evangelise cloud capabilities.
• Guide organisational strategy and governance per customer needs.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce knowledge across clouds and industries.
• Identify risks and work with account teams on mitigation plans.
• Create adoption paths with current and target states and timelines.
