Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a high-impact Success Manager to partner with customers and accelerate realized value from Salesforce investments. You will specialize in one or more lines of business, drive executive sponsorship, and align product capabilities with complex business needs.

You will guide strategic adoption, manage risks, and collaborate with account teams and Salesforce executives to deliver measurable outcomes across a customer’s digital journey.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Salesforce product and platform features.
• Ability to articulate the importance and value of Governance to Business and IT executives.
• Experience as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and provide recommendations to accelerate business value.
• Develop understanding of customers’ Salesforce implementation and evangelise capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy and governance based on their needs.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge to align with customer priorities.
• Identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Deliver adoption paths showing current vs target state with timelines.
