• Strong consulting skills and track record as trusted advisor.
• Ability to drive conversations at the C-level; handle objections.

• Develop knowledge of Salesforce implementations and evangelise across Clouds.
• Guide customers on strategy, governance and change management.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to business priorities.
• Identify risks and work with account teams to mitigate them.
• Create an adoption path with current and target states and timelines.
• Deliver business value and innovation to customers by addressing key challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen partnerships.
