Job description

Role Overview

We're currently looking for a Senior Customer Services Representative to join the Hive in Richmond, London.

The successful candidate will provide inbound contact support for the business, responding to enquiries and generating leads.

You’ll play a crucial part in enabling Savills to maintain its high levels of customer service, a key differentiator for which we are exceptionally proud.

This role includes working Monday - Saturday on a five-day rota.
