Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive in Chelmsford to ensure outstanding service from order placement to delivery. You will work with internal departments and external customers to manage accounts, monitor orders, and drive improvements across the order lifecycle.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, strong Excel and reporting skills, and proven stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and order management experience.
• Strong understanding of the complete customer order lifecycle.
• Strong Excel skills with experience producing and analysing reports.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems, ideally SAP or similar.
• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, orders, returns and enquiries.
• Process and monitor customer orders throughout the full order lifecycle.
• Produce, analyse and distribute reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Support customer reviews, account management activities and customer meetings.
• Track performance metrics and assist with auditing.
• Set up and take part in customer reviews and meetings where required.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams.
• Help identify and implement process improvements across customer service functions.
