Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive in Chelmsford to support the Customer Services Manager and deliver an exceptional experience to a global customer base. Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Account Management or Order Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling international customers and complex order processes.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (SAP) and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Services Manager in day-to-day operations and team activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a first-class service experience.
• Work closely with Sales to support key accounts and strengthen relationships.
• Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify barriers impacting the customer journey and voice customer needs.
• Recommend process improvements within Customer Service.
• Produce reports and analyse data to support decisions.
• Assist with projects and additional tasks as required.
