The Role.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of existing B2B clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring they receive outstanding levels of service. Working closely with internal teams,you’llnurture long-term relationships,maximiseretention, andidentifyopportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions.The role carries clear commercial responsibility, including meeting financial targets, deliveringaccurateforecasting, and proactively developing accounts.

Key Accountabilities.
