Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in management
• Production Python expertise with modern ML/AI frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous requirements
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Aufgaben

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their technical infrastructure, data pipelines, and business requirements
• Design and implement custom integrations between Scale AI's platform and customer data environments (cloud platforms, data warehouses, internal APIs)
• Develop production-grade AI agents tailored to customer use cases across domains
• Architect multi-agent systems and implement evaluation frameworks to measure performance
• Lead prompt engineering, experimentation, and RAG implementations for customer projects
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements
