Job summary

Deliverance AI is a London-based, enterprise-focused platform delivering agentic operating systems for regulated environments. As a Senior Product Manager on the Product team, you will own a core area end-to-end—from problem framing to roadmap and governance, working closely with customers and engineering.

You will be measured on adoption and outcomes, balancing scope and speed while ensuring compliance with board, CISO and auditor expectations. This is a hybrid role in London.

Qualifications

• Proven product management on a technical B2B or enterprise SaaS product.
• Comfort going deep with engineers on architecture, APIs and constraints.
• Strong written communication: crisp specs and clear acceptance criteria.
• Evidence of shipping into regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Customer instinct and willingness to sit with users until workflow is in production.
• Nice to have: experience with AI, LLM or agentic products and governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a core area of the platform and its next steps.
• Turn customer and engagement insights into clear, prioritized work.
• Write acceptance criteria engineers and QA can build against.
• Make trade-offs between scope, speed and governance and explain them.
• Partner with design and engineering from discovery through release.
• Define upfront success measures and report on whether they were met.
• Support revenue and marketing with evidence behind launches.
