Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success and strategic account management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Solid capability in project management and customer-facing delivery programmes.
• Domain understanding of HR tech, job architecture, or related areas.
• Technical literacy in supporting integrations and data workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in supporting change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
