Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join their Risk Management function. The role involves leading complex conflicts analysis and resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and conflicts teams. You will advise on ethical walls and support client onboarding processes whilst guiding junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conflicts, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within conflicts, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical rules (UK and/or US frameworks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
