Forge Holiday Group is seeking a Senior CRM Executive (Owner) to lead the Owner CRM lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, across brands including Sykes Holiday Cottages and UK Caravans 4 Hire. You will own the CRM calendar and deliver personalised, multi-channel campaigns using Klaviyo, working closely with Data & Analytics, Marketing and external partners.

Formación

• Hands-on CRM role with real ownership and accountability.
• Experience using an ESP/marketing automation platform (Klaviyo preferred).
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, apps, direct mail).

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimise owner lifecycle journeys from acquisition to retention.
• Build and deliver CRM campaigns and automated journeys in Klaviyo across brands.
• Use data and testing to improve engagement, conversion and loyalty.
• Manage audience segmentation and ensure on-brand communications.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Marketing for campaign delivery.
• Represent Owner CRM across projects and deputise for the CRM Manager when needed.
