Job summary

UniHomes seeks a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to lead multichannel lifecycle campaigns across app, email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp. You will own Salesforce Marketing Cloud, drive data quality, and shape the CRM roadmap as UniHomes+, the customer app, launches.

You will manage a small team, set tone of voice, ensure GDPR compliance, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders. Hybrid role based in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with genuine technical depth.
• Experience planning and delivering outbound demand generation campaigns with accountable outcomes.
• Excellent ability to explain numbers to non-CRM stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outbound demand generation campaigns that create interest and fill the funnel.
• Be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle journeys across app, email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp.
• Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud data quality, integrations, and access, plus the app/template roadmaps.
• Build and debug email and in-app templates directly, upholding accessibility and rendering standards.
• Run a genuine test-and-learn programme and report performance to senior stakeholders.
