Job summary

UniHomes in Sheffield is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our CRM strategy across lifecycle stages, including demand generation, conversion, and retention. You will own Salesforce Marketing Cloud, drive multi-channel campaigns, and define templates and data-driven engagement across app, email, SMS, push and WhatsApp.

• Strong technical depth in CRM with practical Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience delivering multi-channel lifecycle CRM campaigns.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach a small team.
• GDPR/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outbound demand generation campaigns across lifecycle channels.
• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle with cohort-based journeys across app, email, SMS, push and WhatsApp.
• Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, data quality, integrations, and roadmap.
• Prototype and build email and in-app templates with quality and accessibility standards.
• Run test-and-learn programs and report performance to senior stakeholders.
