Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead end-to-end CRM projects for high-profile clients in a fast-growing digital growth agency located in central London. In this role, you will balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in CRM, preferably within an agency.
• Comfortable defining CRM strategy and delivering against it.
• Experience using data to guide decisions and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM projects end to end across a portfolio of clients.
• Manage email, push, and SMS activity for multiple channels.
• Review existing CRM activity for performance improvements.
• Advise clients on maximizing value from CRM and marketing technology.
• Support CRM platform implementation and migrations.
• Shape data strategies for better customer understanding.
• Analyze campaign performance and offer actionable insights.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.
