Job summary

Debenhams is recruiting a Senior CRM Executive to join our Manchester-based team. You will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS) to drive sales, retention and loyalty within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Head of CRM and CRM executives, leveraging Bloomreach and other tools to deliver customer-centric communications and maximise lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Senior CRM Executive with 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and executing communications across email, push and SMS.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, trade, brand, design and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute key communications across email, push and SMS.
• Support CRM Manager and nurture the CRM team.
• Utilise Bloomreach CRM platform and related technologies to drive value.
