Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking an experienced CRM Executive for a 3-month fixed-term contract to drive multichannel campaigns across email, mobile push, and SMS for all brands. You will join a fast-paced CRM and digital marketing team, collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and analytics to deliver data-driven customer journeys during peak trading.

Responsibilities include coordinating content plans, ensuring on-brand communications, building segmentation strategies, creating engaging content

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM, email marketing, or digital campaigns in retail or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with Bloomreach or similar ESP/CDP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, segmentation and deliverability.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in fashion and retail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaigns across global markets with marketing and merchandising.
• Manage cross-channel communications across email, push and SMS.
• Develop targeted segmentation to boost engagement and conversions.
• Create content to drive acquisition, retention and reactivation.
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights.
• Support additional CRM channels and ad hoc projects.
• Use Bloomreach to build and optimise automated customer journeys.
