Job Description:

Our client, a leading Entertainment group, is looking for a strong Senior CRM Executive to join their team in London. The role will be based in the office 2 days a week and working from home for 3. It is paying up to £35k, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The role requires experience with retention campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS.

You should have strong stakeholder management skills and be capable of setting up and executing key CRM campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics is necessary to provide insights and reports on campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for A/B testing and email optimization.

You should be able to multitask and work well within a team in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks.
