Job summary

Anthem Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior CRM Executive for a maternity cover of 12–14 months in London. The role involves managing InterAction and Vuture, training users, and coordinating global BD teams.

This is a hybrid role within a well-established mid-sized international law firm with substantial CRM investments. You will oversee data quality, champion CRM initiatives, and lead campaign execution while collaborating with the CRM Steward to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with InterAction and Vuture required.
• Experience in CRM systems and data quality management.
• Ability to train end users and work with global BD teams.

Senior CRM Executive on a maternity cover for 12 month – 14month FTC at this well-established mid-sized international law firm. London-based, hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Executive to join this top-tier mid-sized global law firm on a maternity cover for 12 – 14 months. With the reputation and reach of a global firm, but the agility of a smaller organisation, this is a great environment for someone who wants to have a genuine impact and see their ideas brought to life.

Reporting to the Head of Systems, you will be part of a collaborative MBD team of around 80 professionals globally. This is a great role for someone who enjoys having a lot of face time with stakeholders, helping troubleshoot, training end users and working with the global BD teams.

Experience in InterAction and Vuture is required, as they need someone to hit the ground running.

• Champion InterAction across the firm and support the BD strategy

• Lead on campaign execution
