The role

The Senior CRM Executive will collaborate with the CRM Lead to implement the CRM marketing strategy across clients, experiences, and B2B markets, focusing on engagement and revenue-driven campaigns. Responsibilities include managing the BAU calendar, optimizing strategies to enhance customer engagement metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes), and supporting automated programs to boost retention, customer lifetime value, and loyalty.

About you

  • At least 1 year of CRM experience in a B2C environment is essential.
  • Experience in B2B CRM is desirable.
  • Ability to deliver work at pace.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a solid understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
  • Experience with ESPs in targeting audience segments and campaign deployment.
  • Understanding of lifecycle development and optimization.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Deliver and optimize BAU email campaigns for all brands.
  • Support the creation of personalized, content-driven email campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with Analysts to identify data-driven opportunities for campaign enhancement.
