Job summary

Big Red Recruitment seeks a CRM Consultant / Senior CRM Consultant in Berkshire (Hybrid). The role owns CRM implementations end to end, from discovery and data migration to integration scoping, UAT, training and go-live, working within a UK-based CRM vendor.

You’ll shape the solution, manage your commercials, and push back when needed for the best customer outcome, with AI-assisted delivery playing a growing role.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM implementation experience with major platforms.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and push back when needed.
• Structured, commercially minded approach to requirements and budgets.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting; SQL a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & solution design for CRM across sales, marketing, service, and order management.
• End-to-end delivery planning, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, training, go-live.
• Customer success: run business review workshops and produce roadmap recommendations.
• Pre-sales & commercials: assist scoping, draft statements of work, track budget burn.
• Advisory & mentoring: coach junior consultants and challenge customers.
