Job summary

Agria Pet Insurance Ltd is seeking a CRM Lead to own CRM strategy, customer insight and marketing automation. You will shape campaigns, segmentation, reporting and data governance to drive commercial growth and improve customer outcomes.

Hybrid role based in Aylesbury with Wednesday office days; you will lead planning, analytics and partnerships, delivering measurable improvements across the customer lifecycle and leveraging AI-driven initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM, database marketing, customer analytics or marketing automation roles.
• Advanced knowledge of customer segmentation, audience management and data-driven marketing.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and optimise CRM lifecycle programmes and marketing automation capability.
• Own customer marketing reporting, insight generation and performance measurement.
• Lead CRM-related projects and translate requirements into technical solutions.
