Wise is seeking a Senior CRM Manager in London to lead end-to-end CRM strategy across Invite and Pricing. You will own lifecycle management, segmentation, incentives and engagement initiatives to drive growth through referrals and price leadership.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics, UX Research and Product Marketing to design and implement multi-channel communications (email, push, in-app) that demonstrate Wise's value and encourage advocacy across international markets.

Qualifikationen

• Senior CRM experience with 5+ years in lifecycle and segmentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, including exec level.
• Self-starter with ownership of projects.
• Proven cross-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app).
• Tech-savvy with hands-on email design in CRM platforms.
• Experience in international organisations.
• Coding skills: HTML, CSS or Shopify Liquid.
• SQL and analytics tools experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and independently manage the Invite CRM strategy with lifecycle management, segmentation and incentives.
• Own the Pricing CRM strategy, communicating value and driving referrals.
• Collaborate with Product, UX Research, Designers and Analysts to align on CRM plans.
• Design multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) and measure outcomes.
• Maintain data quality and use insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Oversee email calendar, deliverability and monthly reporting.
• Implement localisation for Wise's international campaigns.
• Lead A/B testing plans and drive continuous optimisation.
