You will collaborate with stakeholders across the bank and offshore teams, delivering projects that balance growth with risk control, and contributing to governance and MI insights.

Qualifications

• Proven analytics project experience in a regulated banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of RBWM product suites and lifecycle.
• Expertise in statistical models and data-driven rules for credit portfolios.
• Ability to translate findings into business language and financial impacts.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Proficiency with SAS and Python including macros.
• Experience presenting statistical concepts across sites.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver analytics projects across analysts and offshore teams.
• Influence project planning with stakeholders and sponsors, maintaining regular updates.
• Prioritise planned work and manage ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all outputs with governance.
• Develop and maintain data-driven solutions to support growth while reducing risk.
• Oversee credit risk MI and provide insightful commentary on portfolio behaviour.
• Specify post-implementation reviews to confirm benefits.
• Build relationships across teams and with regulators.
