Together seeks a Senior Credit Risk Analyst in the UK to oversee 1st line credit risk management, help develop risk strategies, and support risk committees across product portfolios. You will analyze portfolio risks, forecast arrears, and escalate material risks while partnering with stakeholders.

The role focuses on strengthening affordability and credit strategies, governance, and data driven decision making to protect the loan book and support growth.

Qualifications

• Numerical degree, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in a credit risk environment.
• A solid grounding in data analysis using quantitative analytic tools.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of the fundamental concepts of credit risk management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience of using complex data.

Responsibilities

• Have oversight of first line credit risk management activity.
• Analyse portfolio credit risks, providing timely and accurate updates to risk committees.
• Pro-actively identify trends and insights based on regular credit risk reporting.
• Support the Senior Manager Credit Risk with input and running of 2nd line oversight committees.
• Perform analysis to support changes to credit risk strategies, lending and arrears management policies.
• Support development and monitoring of new products and strategies.
• Maintain governance, procedures and records.
• Build and maintain a strong stakeholder network to share risk insight.
