CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established organisation based in Tipton. The role focuses on high-value accounts, building relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering timely payments.

The position is 100% office based with a £40,000 salary and an excellent benefits package. You will lead debt reviews, analyse complex data, and partner with commercial and service teams to resolve issues that impact collections.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Credit Controller or similar strategic debt role.
• Experience handling high-value commercial accounts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel and SAGE experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-value strategic customer accounts, driving timely payment and debt resolution.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors and key account contacts.
• Lead regular debt reviews, producing reports and KPI information for commercial discussions.
• Analyse complex account data, reconciliations and trends to identify issues and actions.
• Collaborate with commercial and service teams to resolve queries affecting debt collection.
