BBC Creative is seeking a senior writer/creative to join its in-house agency in London or Manchester, hybrid. You will lead across high-profile campaigns for BBC products and services, developing innovative concepts and directing others.
You will craft multi‑media campaigns, demonstrate outstanding copywriting or art direction, and present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders. You will also mentor junior creatives and ensure work aligns with the BBC's strategic vision.

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE £55,000 to £65,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Our Senior Creatives work on conceptual campaigns for a wide variety of high priority BBC products and services.
You will work across a wide range of briefs from drama launches to big music events or major sports tournaments - building the UK’s most iconic brand.
You must be an outstanding Creative with proven experience of creating multi‑media campaigns across a range of brands.
