Job summary

Coventry University Group’s National Institute of Teaching & Education (NITE) in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Course Officer. You will report to the Course Manager and help oversee daily programme administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.

You will collaborate across the institute, support assessments, payments, invoices, and purchase orders, and handle queries from students and staff while maintaining meticulous records for inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, project planning or operations.
• Experience working in Higher Education or schools would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of programmes and ensure projects run smoothly.
• Assist with setup of new course processes and administer assessment processes, payments, invoices and purchase orders.
• Provide guidance and responses to student and staff queries; take notes and minutes in meetings; support inspections.
