Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Counter Manager for Bobbi Brown at Birmingham Selfridges to lead and coach a sales team, drive customer service, and manage store operations. The role requires strong cosmetic retail experience and proven supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee inventory, cash reconciliation, and daily POS tasks while delivering exceptional service during varied shifts including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• 1: Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• 2: Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring.
• 3: Retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• 4: Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• 5: Experience with retail POS software.
• 6: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 7: Proof of right to live and work in the UK if invited for interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Associates to meet all sales, service and operational targets.
• Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to shoppers.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling and store operations.
• Schedule and cover retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Utilize POS software to process sales and returns.
• Maintain relevant documentation and reporting.
• Ensure candidates have valid rights to work in the UK.
