Job summary

Mattinson Partnership is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Surveyor to join its UK Infrastructure practice. You will cover highways, rail, utilities, and transport projects across the full project lifecycle, taking ownership of cost control, forecasting and contract administration.

You will administer NEC3 contracts (Options A, C and E), manage change events, valuations, and final accounts, and support procurement and value engineering to drive efficiency and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management and QS activities across infrastructure projects.
• NEC3 contracts administration experience (Options A, C, E) and change control.
• Strong forecasting, risk management and final accounts capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control and forecasting across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage contract administration and change control for NEC3 contracts.
• Prepare valuations, statements of costs and final accounts.
• Support procurement and value engineering to improve efficiency.
• Monitor cost performance and risk across highways, rail, utilities and transport projects.
