Job summary

Waterjobsuk is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Surveyor to lead cost management across UK infrastructure programmes including highways, rail, utilities and transportation. The role spans the full project lifecycle with ownership of cost control, forecasting, and contract management, working with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver value and transparency.

• Experience in cost control, forecasting, and contract management.
• Ability to administer NEC3 contracts (Options A, C & E).
• Stakeholder management across clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cost control, forecasting, and change management across projects.
• Administer NEC3 contracts (Options A, C, E) including change control, compensation events, valuations and final accounts.
• Support procurement, value engineering and drive efficiency and commercial outcomes.
