Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Commercial, Senior and Cost Management professionals to join our contract and cost management team, supporting growth in UK infrastructure. Based from Cardiff, you’ll work with clients on multi-million pound capital programmes and travel as needed to client offices and sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts and cost management in major projects.
• Strong procurement, reporting and change-control capabilities.
• Ability to drive efficiencies across the project life cycle.
• Good knowledge of construction industry practices and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with experience-led commercial advice on multi-million pound programmes.
• Support contract and cost management across UK infrastructure projects.
• Travel to client offices and sites as required, with a flexible work policy.
