Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to join our infrastructure team in London. The role focuses on cost management across major programmes, delivering accurate forecasts and value engineering in a challenging environment.

You will lead contract administration, monitor cash flow, manage change, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure projects stay on budget and governance standards. MRICS preferred, NEC3 Option C beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven cost and commercial management experience.
• Experience on major programmes and infrastructure projects.
• Post-contract administration experience.
• Team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Administer contracts per project objectives and policies.
• Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Manage cost variance, cash flow and timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs and value engineering.
• Lead contract change control within governance.
• Improve forecast accuracy and provide commercial support.
• Negotiate final accounts.
• Lead people and commissions as needed.
