Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement and/or estimating.
• Degree-qualified; MRICS or working towards it.
• Strong NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
• Collaborative, proactive, clear communicator.
• Able to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations in an NEC environment.
• Lead post-contract commercial activities including payments, cost assessments, and contract changes.
• Support contractors with data-driven processes and cost reporting.
