Turner & Townsend is a global consultancy recruiting for a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands team with travel opportunities. You will work on major UK infrastructure projects, overseeing procurement, budgeting and commercial performance.

The role requires a degree and chartered status, with a strong focus on NEC contracts, cost control and value delivery. You’ll engage with clients and teams to drive project outcomes and professional growth within a leading global practice.

Formación

• Degree-qualified and working towards (or already have) chartered status.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and cost management best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead commercial contracts, procurement and negotiations in an NEC environment.
• Lead post-contract commercial activities including payment approvals, cost assessments, and contract changes.
• Support contractors with transparent, data-driven cost management.
• Identify cost-saving strategies and optimise contract performance.
• Support decision-making with cost reporting and forecasting.
• Contribute to overall commercial and contractual project performance.
