Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in the Southwest to lead cost management for major infrastructure programs. You will work within a collaborative team to drive cost planning, tendering, and value engineering for complex projects in the water, transport and environment sectors.

The role focuses on delivering accurate cost information across the project lifecycle, maintaining client relationships and supporting team growth. AECOM promotes hybrid working and a flexible, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience and strong track record in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying field.
• Proven experience with NEC4 suite of contracts (PSC and ECC).
• Experience in cost/commercial management within multi-organisation teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of cost management from inception to completion including feasibility, cost planning, procurement, tender docs, value engineering, cost reporting and final accounts.
• Maintain client relationships and grow workload while upholding professional standards.
• Support junior team members and share technical knowledge across the network.
